A major highlight of 2025 was our long-term strategic partnership with Upliift, who acquired a majority stake in Media-Soft. This marks a new chapter for our company, one that builds on more than two decades of innovation while unlocking fresh opportunities for global growth. Upliift brings deep expertise in scaling software businesses and accelerating international expansion, while Media-Soft preserves its strong identity, industry focus, and leadership continuity under Founder & CEO Damir Šafarić and the entire management team.
As the industry shifts rapidly toward AI-powered commercial excellence, Media-Soft has made significant strides to support that evolution. AI is transforming Sales & Marketing roles from operational execution to strategic advisory, enabling smarter targeting, optimized visit routing, personalized briefings, real-time assistance, hyper-personalized communication, instant reporting, and data-driven territory management. Our vision is clear: empower field teams with intelligent tools that elevate performance and decision-making at every step.
A key part of this transformation is the Maestro AI Doctor Portal, which introduces an entirely new dimension of interaction between HCPs and field teams. HCPs now access personalized, verified information anytime through a secure portal, while AI answers product questions, manages compliance digitally, and provides teams with real-time engagement insights. This shifts the model from isolated visits to continuous, meaningful, and insight-rich engagement. AI also reshapes the HCP experience by turning reactive communication into proactive, timely, and personalized support, ensuring that doctors receive relevant information precisely when they need it.
