CLM Designer Tool
The CLM Designer was introduced with a comprehensive walkthrough, showcasing its intuitive design and ability to simplify content creation and management. It represents another step toward improving efficiency and ensuring consistency in customer engagement.
Exploring Maestro AI
The Maestro AI session demonstrated how artificial intelligence is becoming a driving force behind smarter business decisions. Attendees explored how AI enhances analytics, automates workflows, and supports more efficient, data-driven operations.
Marketing Journey Updates
Key updates and enhancements included Brevo Integration, Campaigns and Waves, SMS, Viber, and WhatsApp communications, as well as visit creation and tracking.
